A new quarterly payment of the Benazir Taleemi Wazaif has been released to aid families facing financial hardships. The Government of Pakistan, in its ongoing efforts to assist the poor people, has introduced several programs, including the Benazir Taleemi Wazaif. The primary objective is to ensure that children from economically poor families have access to educational opportunities, enabling them to pursue higher education.
Benazir Taleemi Wazaif Current Payment 2024:
Many families struggle to afford higher education for their children due to financial constraints, often resulting in incomplete education for their children. In response, the government of Pakistan has launched the Benazir Educational Grants program, aimed at alleviating the financial burden on parents.
The program offers monthly scholarships to students from nursery to class 10, with specific eligibility criteria in place. Students meeting these criteria receive grants from the government every three months. This blog post outlines the complete process, from registration to distribution of funds.
Online Registration for Taleemi Wazaif BISP:
The program caters exclusively to economically poor families, recognizing the barriers they face in receiving higher education. To streamline the process and make it more accessible, families already enrolled in the Benazir Taleemi Wazaif program can collect their funds from their nearest MobiCash center, with the new quarterly installment available from March 26.
For families yet to register for the Wazifa program, a new registration process is underway. Registration has been simplified for convenience, with two options available: BISP Tehsil Offices and online registration via the Waseela Taleem app.
Eligibility for Benazir Taleemi Wazaif 2024:
The Government of Pakistan has released the list of eligible families for the Benazir Educational Grants program for the year 2024. To qualify for cash assistance, families must meet specific criteria, including:
- Monthly income between 30,000 to 40,000 Pakistani Rupees.
- Children enrolled in nursery to 10th standard.
- School attendance of over 70%.
- Academic achievement in any class.
- Mother’s name on the child’s Bay Form.
- Mother already registered in the Benazir Income Support Program.
Way to Receive Current Payment Through Taleemi Wazaif:
Families seeking to receive funds through the Benazir Taleemi Wazaif program can do so by following a simple registration procedure. If enrolled in the program, families can receive their grants hassle-free. Additionally, for those whose mothers are registered in the Benazir Income Support Program and have yet to receive the current payment, they can visit their nearest Mobicash center to collect the amount of 10,500 Pakistani Rupees.
Representatives at the center can also assist in processing child support payments. In case of any issues with payment, individuals can visit their nearest Benazir Income Support Program office or Tehsil to file a complaint.
