Registration Steps:

1. Create Your Account:

  • Visit the PSEB Registration Portal and click on “Signup.”
  • Provide the necessary information to receive login credentials via email.

2. Complete the online PSEB registration form:

  • Log in using your credentials and access the “New Call Center Registration” form.
  • Fill in all fields accurately and comprehensively.
  • Upload the initial required documents, including CNICs of all Directors/Shareholders/Partners/Proprietors.
  • Submit the form for initial PSEB approval.

3. PSEB Call Center Registration Fees Payment and Final Approval:

  • Upon receiving initial approval, deposit the required registration fee.
  • Upload proof of payment (receipt) and submit for final approval.

4. Provisional Letter:

  • After payment verification, PSEB typically issues a provisional letter within 2-5 working days (valid for 60 days).

5. Physical Verification and Confirmation:

  • PSEB will conduct a physical verification and site inspection of your call center premises.
  • Submit a request for verification and upload additional documents as listed below.
  • Upon successful verification, PSEB will confirm your registration.

  • Scanned copies of CNICs (both sides) of all Directors/Shareholders/Partners/Proprietors.

  • Passports of foreign national Directors/Shareholders/Partners (if applicable).
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association (for SECP registered companies).
  • Form 29 (for SECP registered companies).

  • Partnership deed (for Partnership-based firms).
  • Firm registration certificate (for registered firms).
  • Business Bank Statement for the preceding six months OR Business Bank Account Letter/Certificate (for new accounts).
