Payment of Benazir Kafalat in Two Phases:
The final sections of the Benazir Kafalat program are divided into two phases. The initial phase is fully operational and many families are already receiving their grants and scholarships. The second phase is currently underway and the remaining districts are expected to receive payments within the next 10 days. In addition, scholarship recipients will receive these funds with their payments.
8171 Web Portal for BISP Kafalat:
Some people were excluded from participating in the 8171 portal despite having a poverty score below 32 and responding to the survey on time. Recently, the portal underwent an update that led to misunderstandings regarding disqualifications. The details of many people have been corrected and those whose balance was zero or who were marked as ineligible will be corrected in this update.

Benazir Kafalat Dynamic Survey Last Date: June 30, 2024:
The deadline for the dynamic survey is June 30. Recipients who have been receiving regular payments from the Benazir Income Support Program for at least three years must complete this survey on time, otherwise they will be disqualified. In addition, those with a poverty score above 32 will also be disqualified. Those who are eligible for the program must complete their dynamic survey by June 30 as new members will be added after those who are no longer eligible are excluded.
Latest Update on Nigehban Card and Himmat Card Program:
The latest update on Nigehbaan and Himmat card schemes has been announced. Registration for these plans is currently underway at the Social Welfare Department. To benefit from these schemes, people must apply for a disability card online at the Social Welfare Department as comprehensive data on disabled people is collected for inclusion.
The government of Pakistan will provide financial assistance to those who are eligible. The first requirement is a disability card and online registration. These schemes will start soon and significant financial assistance will be provided in Budget 2024.

A new WhatsApp group has been created to get information about Benazir Income Support Program and updates on special people. The first group is full but those interested can join the second group to get updates and information.
