Good news for widows: The latest update allows widows to register directly at the BISP tehsil office. If you’ve already completed your registration, there’s no need to repeat the process; your data is securely stored at the BISP office. However, you’ll need to verify your eligibility. Below, we outline the steps for checking your eligibility.
Documents Required for BISP Validation New Registration:
If you’re new to the program and wish to register, visit your nearest BISP Tehsil office. You’ll need to provide the following documents to the representative for financial assistance:
- Original CNIC
- At least one registered SIM in your name
- FRC forms and monthly income certificates
- Household information including utility bills (electricity and gas)
- Disability certificate if applicable
- For widows, husband’s death certificate is required.
BISP Widow Women Verification 2024:
Widows can also benefit from this program. By registering once, widows can receive financial assistance from both the Ehsaas and Benazir Income Support Programs. Here’s how widows can easily register:
- Obtain husband’s death certificate if not already done.
- Visit the nearest NADRA office with husband’s ID card.
- Your husband’s ID card will be canceled, and you’ll receive a death certificate form.
- Submit this form at your nearest Benazir office for registration.
Upon offline registration, you’ll receive notifications about new installments via SMS to your registered phone number. You can then collect your payment from the nearest HBL bank of Bank Al Falah.
