The FBR plans to introduce the “Pakistan Honour Card Scheme” in collaboration with the Federal Government to acknowledge and reward top taxpayers and exporters, granting them special privileges and benefits, notably at airports.
Federal Government of Pakistan Honour Card Scheme For Top Taxpayers:
The “Pakistan Honour Cards” scheme recognizes 65 distinguished exporters and compliant taxpayers, including companies, Associations of Persons (AOPs), and individuals, who will receive awards from Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for their contributions.

Benefits Under The Pakistan Honour Card Scheme:
The section describes a scheme offering privileges to cardholders, including expedited immigration clearance, access to official passports, VIP lounge facilities at airports, and invitations to an annual dinner hosted by the prime minister. It outlines categories of taxpayers eligible for benefits, including leading exporters in various sectors, exporters of non-traditional and innovative products, and special categories like those with the highest growth, women exporters, and top taxpayers.
The scheme also includes recognition for new taxpayers with high contributions and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) showing good tax compliance.
