CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif Starts Rashan Subsidy for 25000 through Neghebaan Program to assist deserving families during the holy month of Ramzan. This Maryam Nawaz program aims to provide free Rashan (food provisions) to underprivileged families, particularly those registered under the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) and receiving financial aid.
Subsidy For 25000 Through Neghebaan Program
The Neghebaan program, initiated by the Government of Pakistan, holds a dual purpose of promoting gender equality and empowering economically disadvantaged households. The new Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif has underscored the commitment to ensuring that eligible families face no hurdles in accessing the Rashan.
To register for the Maryam Nawaz Ramzan Subsidy program, individuals must undergo a straightforward survey process. A dedicated Neghebaan survey team has been appointed to visit deserving households, gather pertinent data, and initiate the verification process.
Once verified, eligible families will receive their free Rashan directly at their doorstep, eliminating the need for them to undertake any additional steps.
Ramzan Subsidy Neghebaan Program
Under the Neghebaan Program, Chief Minister Punjab pledges to distribute Rashan during Ramzan. Additionally, families already enrolled in the Ehsaas Rashan Riayat Program will receive supplemental support to meet their basic needs.
Eligible households will benefit from Rashan delivery services, sparing them from enduring long queues.

Individuals seeking assistance from the Government of Punjab in the form of free flour and Rashan, along with discounts, are encouraged to check their eligibility. The eligibility check process is streamlined, requiring only a few simple steps.
Those with a PMT score between 25 and 30 percent, struggling to fulfill their basic needs, qualify for the subsidy program and will receive provisions directly at their homes.
Maryam Nawaz Sharif Neghebaan Relief Program
The online registration for the Ramzan Neghebaan Relief Program has been simplified to ensure accessibility. Detailed registration procedures are provided, catering to eligible households based on set criteria.
Once registered, families meeting the program’s eligibility criteria will have Rashan delivered to their homes, sparing them from the inconvenience of seeking it elsewhere.
Maryam Nawaz Sharif has reiterated her commitment to delivering Rashan directly to eligible households, expressing concern for deserving families enduring long queues while fasting.
Recognizing the challenges faced by fasting individuals, the government of Pakistan has pledged to prioritize the home delivery of Rashan to mitigate these difficulties. To register for the program, individuals can simply send their National Identity Card details to 8070.
New Survey for Neghebaan Relief Program
The Punjab government is gearing up to commence registration under the Neghebaan Program shortly. Registered families will receive free Rashan, subject to meeting specific criteria.
The Ramzan subsidy program targets beneficiaries from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, including those with monthly earnings between 20,000 to 25,000 rupees.
Notably, the program will conduct a separate Neghebaan survey to ensure accurate targeting, distinct from the Benazir Income Support Program data, which has faced disqualification issues. A dedicated survey team will visit households to gather data, paving the way for eligible families to access free Rashan seamlessly.
